Creating a card

How do I create my first card?

Click “Create my card”, pick a photo, crop it, write your message and fill in your recipient's address. Confirm, and we take care of everything else: printing, stamping and handing it to the postal service. Count on three minutes, tops.

Which photo should I choose for a great result?

All the usual formats (JPG, PNG, HEIC) work. For a crisp 10×15 print, we recommend a photo at least 1,200 px wide — anything from a recent smartphone is plenty. The editor warns you if the quality looks borderline.

Can I customise the style of my card?

Yes: handwriting-style or classic type for your message, full-bleed, white-border or polaroid framing, photo filters and a caption right on the photo. Everything you need to make a card that feels like you — nothing fiddly.

Sending & delivery times

When is my card posted?

We print your card and hand it to the post in France within one working day of your confirmation. You can follow every step from “My cards” in the app.

How long does it take to arrive?

Once posted, allow 2 to 4 working days for delivery in mainland France, around 3 to 8 days in Europe and up to 15 days for the rest of the world. These times depend on the postal services and are indicative.

Can I send a card abroad?

Yes, anywhere in the world, and at the same price as in France: international postage is already included in your credit.

My card never arrived — what now?

It's rare, but postal hiccups happen. If your card still hasn't arrived 10 working days after posting (in France), drop us an email — the address is at the bottom of this page: we'll reprint and resend it, or credit your account back.

Credits & payment

How do credits work?

1 credit = 1 card sent, printing and stamp included. Buy credits one at a time or in packs — the bigger the pack, the cheaper each card. You'll find every price on our Pricing page.

Do my credits expire?

Never. Your credits stay on your account with no time limit, until you use them.

Is payment secure? Can I get a refund?

Payments go through Stripe, a secure payment provider: no card details ever touch our servers. As for refunds, you have 14 days after buying a pack to change your mind (unused credits). A card that has already gone to print can no longer be cancelled, as it's personalised — but if there's a printing defect, we reprint it or credit you back.

My account

Is the first card really free?

Yes: when you sign up, we add one welcome credit to your account, ready to use straight away, stamp included. No bank card, no commitment.

What happens to my photos and my loved ones' addresses?

They're only ever used to print and send your cards. Photos and recipient addresses are automatically deleted from our servers once an order has been processed, and drafts are kept for 30 days. It's all spelled out in our privacy policy.

How do I delete my account?

From “My account” in the app, or by dropping us an email. Your account and your data are then deleted in line with our privacy policy.
